Deactivation of the e-learning plugin for teaching evaluations
Due to a technical problem, the surveys are only available to students this semester via e-mail, but not via the usual plug-in in E-learning (Moodle). It is also not possible for lecturers to view the response rate via E-learning. However, as usual, we will send an e-mail about the current response rate of the surveys to each lecturer and remind students to participate by e-mail.

Teaching evaluation in the summer semester 2024
In the summer semester 2024, unless individual arrangements have been made, the course evaluations will take place as online surveys from June 3 to 23, 2024. According to schedule, the courses/modules of the faculties FNW and FVST as well as the Language Center (SPRZ) will be evaluated this semester. Lecturers in these faculties are automatically registered for evaluation and do not need to take any further action for the time being if they do not wish to request individual adjustments.
For individual adjustments (e.g. adding questions, adjusting the survey date) and to request the evaluation of courses/modules from other faculties, please register by 17.05.2024 at the latest using the evaluation form.
FIN lecturers please register with Mr. Gerber (sven.gerber@ovgu.de) for the evaluations.
The FWW and FME have established their own processes, so their lecturers are exempt from this procedure and cannot register.
Lecturers will receive the evaluation results one to two weeks after the end of the evaluation.
Further information can be found on the web pages on decentral surveys.

Teaching evaluation reports sent
Teaching evaluation reports (except FME & FWW) were mailed to lecturers on 6/21 and 6/22 of 2022. If you did not receive a report, there was no response. In this case, please feel free to use the opportunity to conduct an individual evaluation, e.g. via group discussion. We have summarized hints and tips for this under Alternative Evaluation.
