Registration for the adaptive teaching evaluation
Due to the website update, registration for the adaptive evaluation is currently only possible via email.

Basic information on the course evaluation procedure can be found on our overview pages and the information on the procedure in WiSe25/26.
We require the following information to register your course/module for evaluation via online survey:
- Name and email addresses of the lecturers involved in the course/module who are to receive a results report
- Your faculty
- Title of the course(s)
- LSF hyperlink (URL) to the respective course (for module: link to the lecture)
- Specification of which invitation mode you would like - you can choose from:

- personalized invitation by the central survey office (K33)
- open link&QR code you can distribute on your own

As a lecturer, you can invite your students to the survey yourself (via open link or QR code), or you can have the students being invited by us via e-mail and E-Learning-plugin with a the personalized invitation. In the latter case, please make sure that the participant lists in the e-learning course or LSF course are up-to-date or send us the participant list via e-mail.
If necessary, you can also request the following adjustments to the evaluation survey:
- Additional questions (standard questionnaires can be viewed from the university network here; suggestions for questions and formats can be found here)
- Other evaluation period deviating from the standard period (standard: 01st to 19th December 2025)
- Participant lists (email addresses of students; if these are not currently available correctly in the LSF or e-learning)
- Change of format to an alternative evaluation option
