QES in the faculties
In addition to the statutes for the assurance and development of quality in studies and teaching, the faculties issue their own implementation regulations, which regulate the faculty-specific processes. These are adopted autonomously by the respective faculty council. Due to the special nature of degree programs related to teaching, the responsible faculties (FHW and FMA) adopt separate implementation regulations in consultation with all other faculties.
In these documents, which may also bear other names such as guidelines or directives, the following aspects in particular are regulated in addition to the quality statutes:
- Responsibilities within the faculty,
- Quality cycle,
- Faculty control loops, in particular the follow-up of measures,
- Organization of course discussions and conferences,
- modalities for evaluation.
Further information can be found on the relevant pages of the faculties and the Center for Teacher Education.
